Glitter Bay Suites 109 ‘Sweet Fuh Days’ is a two bedroom apartment two bathroom apartment. This unit is located in the third block from the beach front and is on the ground floor and has been remodeled and refurbished. The open plan living area makes it spacious, airy and bright with approximately 1300 sq. ft. of living space. This has direct access from the patio to the pool and grounds via a lockable gate, only one of 3 ground floor apartments that have this feature making it easier to get to the beach and pool.
The air conditioned en-suite master bedroom, with ceiling fan, has a king bed, tropical pine furnishings, lots of cupboard and drawer space and leads out to the spacious balcony. There is a personal safe and LCD TV with cable (shared with the living room) and DVD player. The en-suite bathroom has a glass enclosed shower and double sink granite vanity.
The second bedroom has three separate beds, two of which are made up to be a king, This bedroom is air conditioned, has a ceiling fan, and has an LCD TV with cable and DVD player. The second bathroom is located in the hallway and has a curtained shower/tub and a double sink granite vanity.
The open plan living area is fully air conditioned and has a ceiling fan. The kitchen has golden flecked wrap around granite counter tops, large sink, electric counter top hob and oven. The stainless steel fridge is spacious with an ice maker and the kitchen is also equipped with a microwave and dishwasher. It is stocked with glassware, crockery, cookware, cutlery, pots, pans, bake-ware and kitchen linens. The living area has a three seater sofa and arm chair. The entertainment area has a large LCD TV with cable, DVD player with a selection of DVDs for all ages. There is also an iPod docking station so bring along the iPod! There is a CD player as well. This apartment also has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided and beach towels are provided at Concierge.
Both the living area and the master bedroom lead out to the very spacious patio. Here is a six seater oblong wooden dining table and a large banquet style seating area which is perfect for those sun downer drinks and pre-dinner cocktails. The gate leads straight out to the pool and gardens and is perfect for families with children. The patio has a lovely view of the extensive gardens, pool and even a small glimpse of the beautiful blue sea past the many towering coconut trees scattered on the property.

All cancellations must be received in writing and confirmed.  In the event that a client cancels a reservation, or the Owners and/or Managing Agent have to cancel a reservation due to non-payment of the balance due within the time allowed before arrival, cancellation charges will be made as follows:

 

  • More than 9 weeks prior to the arrival date:  25% of the full rental amount
  • Between 9 and 7 weeks prior to arrival date:  50% of the full rental amount
  • Less than 7 weeks prior to arrival date, no shows or short stays:  100% of the full rental amount. 
  • Any refund due will be less all bank and credit card charges including bank rates of exchange and commissions
