Casa de Apra 1 is situated in a privileged location in a hinterland close to Loulé, only a few miles from the Atlantic Ocean, in an extremely beautiful, natural landscape.
The construction of the villa was completed in 2010.
The farmhouse combines traditional Portuguese architecture with a Mediterranean influence and modern equipment which was designed to enhance the surrounding landscape. With over 370 square meters, guests will feel at home and very comfortable.
The ground floor is comprised of an entrance hall leading into a lounge through a central courtyard. The living area has vaulted ceilings and stone fireplace and dining room along. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and a store room. Two bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a closet are also in the ground floor, both overlooking the terrace and exterior areas.
On the second floor there are 2 other en-suite bedrooms which each have a dressing room and a private balcony. Beds in three bedrooms are double and one of the rooms is twin. All toilets are equipped with bath tub except one which has a shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Guests will enjoy the swimming pool and terraced area around the pool and the beautiful garden with views overlooking the mountains. There is a caretaker who will take care of the pool and garden area. You can eat outside under the covered terrace where you will also find a barbeque. This is an ideal location to relax and enjoy family and friends!
