The RV is fully functional, however it is permanently set up on a lot in the RV park and is intended as a place to stay while in the Alpine area.
RV has two ac units, two furnaces, three burner Gas stove with oven, microwave, full refrigerator with freezer, two TV's one in living room one in bedroom, full bathroom with shower, privacy window shades, large patio awning.

About the owner: I am retired and have a property in the Alpine Village RV Park that I stay in during the summer. I also have this 34' RV that I am currently listing as a rental property in the same park. I enjoy the high country of Alpine and all the wild live and fishing that is available in the area.
